PANELS RETURN SYSTEM for EDGE BANDER (Right)

– It works together a single-side Edge Bander allowing the operator (worker) to always stay at
the in-feed side of the machine (the processed workpiece will automatically return-back to
the operator).

Composed by:
A) Air cushion Table (mm 1000 x 2500), tiltable. With motorized in-feed rubber chains.
It receives the processed workpiece (panel) from the edge bander, letting it sliding
on the motorized carpet (ref. B)

B) Conveyor (motorized carpet) mm 900 x 9600 approx. It receives the panel from the air
cushion table and transport it to the begin of the edge bander (in this case to the final
idle-rollers table, Ref. C)

C) Final Idle-Rollers Table mm 900 x 2000 approx
It receives the panel from the conveyor “B” and transport it to the beginning of the edge
bander, allowing the operator to easily handle it.
