Description
The HOUFEK FINAL 1350 DBB is an automatic brush sanding and denibbing machine for finishing solid wood, MDF and veneered components up to 1,350 mm wide. Its disc-and-drum brush configuration supports surface preparation of raw and undercoated material, intermediate denibbing between coats of paint or lacquer, and structuring or texturing applications.
The D unit combines two rows of oscillating disc brushes, followed by two B drum brush units. Motorised height adjustment accommodates workpieces from 3 to 100 mm thick, while inverter-controlled conveyor speed allows the feed rate to be matched to the material and finishing process.
NC control with a B&R colour touchscreen provides convenient machine setup. Manufactured in March 2017, this FINAL 1350 DBB is offered ex-works Ireland.
