SQUARING UNIT

GLUING UNIT, LOADING AND PRESSURE OF EDGE
• Anti-adhesive unit ADZ-700 to allow the optimum cleaning of the workpiece on the upper and lower surface of the panel
• Gluing kit for polyurethane glue PU MC30
• Premelter unit NORDSON
• Disk coil holder
• Guillotine to cut the edge in rolls with automatic regulation of the shear pressure
• Pressure area with timed rollers with: nr. 1 motorized pressure roller, no. 3 idle pressure rollers diam. 60 mm
EDGEBANDING UNIT
• End trimming unit IN-801 with 2 motors for cutting the excess edge at the front and rear of the panel – Motors with pneumatic tilting 0°/15° by NC
• Fine trimming unit RI-701 for trimming and chamfering the excess edge in the top and bottom of the panel – Tilting of the unit 0°/45° – Pneumatic exclusion of the unit
• Rounding unit CR-202 with nr. 2 motors with FAST system with nr. 2 positions by NC for automatic edge corners rounding on top and bottom of the panel – Working speed 14-20 m/min
• Edge scraping unit RBK 502 for edge finishing – Complete of chips collector – Pneumatic exclusion of the unit
• Glue scraping unit RCC-700 for the removal of excess glue from the join between edge and panel
